Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Work across the full product stack — React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS — on client projects spanning FinTech, Healthcare, and SaaS. You'll be the senior technical voice in your engagement, not a ticket-executor.
- ▸8+ years of production experience across frontend and backend
- ▸Deep expertise in React and Node.js / TypeScript
- ▸Experience designing and owning relational database schemas
- ▸Strong AWS knowledge (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3)
- ▸Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Design and manage cloud infrastructure for client platforms on AWS, GCP, and Azure. You'll own the architecture from IaC to observability — and be the person clients call when production has a problem.
- ▸5+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience
- ▸Expert-level Terraform and Kubernetes
- ▸AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification
- ▸Experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- ▸Security-first mindset with experience in compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
DevOps Lead
Lead DevOps transformation engagements end-to-end — from pipeline assessment and architecture through implementation and handoff. You'll work directly with client engineering leaders, not through a layer of project managers.
- ▸7+ years of DevOps engineering with at least 2 years in a lead role
- ▸Deep experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and modern CI/CD patterns
- ▸Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise
- ▸Track record of reducing deployment frequency and incident rate at scale
- ▸Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be presenting to CTOs
Client Success Manager
Own the client relationship from signed contract through ongoing partnership. You'll be the connective tissue between the engineering team and the client — ensuring expectations are aligned, issues are surfaced early, and clients feel genuinely partnered with.
- ▸4+ years in client success, account management, or technical project management
- ▸Background in software engineering or a technical field strongly preferred
- ▸Experience managing relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders
- ▸Organised, proactive communicator — you notice problems before clients do
- ▸Comfortable reading engineering updates and translating them into business language
